Job Description – Collection Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers who have missed their monthly EMI payments.

• Explain payment details and convince customers to clear their outstanding dues.

• Handle customer queries and provide payment-related information.

• Maintain proper follow-up records and update customer details in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Communicate professionally with customers and follow company policies.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to convince customers and handle difficult conversations.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in the collections process.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹18,000–₹20,000 CTC + Incentives

• Experienced Candidates: ₹22,000–₹25,000 CTC + Incentives

Additional Information

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Candidates should be comfortable making collection-related calls and achieving targets.

• Training and process guidance will be provided as required.
