The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.Handle inbound inquiries, providing product information and resolving customer queries.Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.Achieve monthly call and sales targets.Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and market trends.Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, or additional sales.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline.Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil)Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools(we'll provide training).Ability to handle rejection and meet targets.Key Competencies:*Strong negotiation and closing skills*Time management and multitasking abilities*Positive attitude and team spirit*Attention to detail and accuracy
