Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Loan Recovery Telecaller to join our team. The role involves following up with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending or overdue loan repayments.
Negotiate and follow up for repayment schedules in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and recovery updates in the system.
Handle customer queries regarding loan repayment terms, penalties, and settlement options.
Escalate cases requiring legal or higher-level action to the concerned department.
Achieve monthly and weekly recovery targets as set by management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during recovery calls.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage timely repayments.

Proven experience as a Telecaller/Loan Recovery Executive or in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of loan/financial products is preferred.
Computer literacy and ability to update CRM or MIS tools.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
