**Job Title:** Telecalling Executive (Female)

**Job Summary:**

360 Production is looking for dynamic and confident **Female Telecalling Executives** to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients and convince them to participate in our **Fashion Shows** and **Portfolio Shoot** services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for client interaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Contact prospective clients through phone calls and explain our fashion show and portfolio shoot services.

* Convince and encourage clients to participate in fashion events and professional portfolio shoots.

* Generate and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our offerings.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases regularly.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

* Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and bookings.

* Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

### Job Requirements:

* **Gender:** Female Candidates Only

* **Minimum Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

* **Experience:** **Minimum 1 year to 4 years of experience** in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
