Job Overview

Media Tech Temple is looking for a motivated and result-oriented DTL to manage and supervise the telecaller team at our Bharatpur office. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily calling activities, guiding team members, achieving targets, improving team performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and motivate the telecaller team.

• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and team performance.

• Set daily and monthly targets and ensure their achievement.

• Track team productivity, call quality, lead conversion, and attendance.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to telecallers to improve performance.

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve team-related issues.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM or reporting system.

• Coordinate with management to improve calling strategies and achieve business goals.

• Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and a positive working environment.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or team handling is preferred.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage a team and achieve performance targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
