Job Description:

Media Tech Temple is hiring an experienced and responsible Marathi Team Leader to manage and guide the Marathi telecalling team in our outbound calling process. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, daily targets, call quality, reporting, and providing regular support and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide the Marathi telecalling team.

- Monitor daily calling activities and overall team performance.

- Allocate daily targets and follow up to ensure achievement.

- Support team members in handling customer queries and difficult calls.

- Conduct regular team briefings and performance discussions.

- Monitor call quality and ensure process compliance.

- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly team performance reports.

- Motivate team members to achieve targets and improve productivity.

- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training.

- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and updates.

- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and adherence to the work schedule.

Requirements: Hardware and Skills

- Must own a laptop or desktop.

- Must have a BPO-type USB headset.

- Stable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps.

- Basic to good computer knowledge.

- Fluency in Marathi with strong communication skills.

- Basic Hindi/English for team coordination.

- Team handling and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of outbound calling processes.

- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Required Documents:

- Aadhaar Card

- PAN Card

- 1 passport-sized photograph

- 1 document of highest educational qualification

Additional Details:

- There will be 4–5 days of online training (UNPAID).

- Once the trainer confirms that you are ready to handle the process, your joining will be processed.

- An offer letter will be sent to your email address within 15 days after joining is processed.

Important Notes:

- Media Tech Temple does not charge any money for providing jobs. If anyone asks for money on behalf of Media Tech Temple, the company will not be responsible. Selection is purely based on skills, and no payment is required at any stage.

- Leave is not permitted during the training period. Taking leave without prior notice may result in immediate disqualification.

- This is not a part-time job. Candidates must be available throughout the training and working schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM regularly.
