Job Description: Team Leader – BPO
Location: Bangalore Location ( Immediate joining)
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve process targets and performance metrics.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly by monitoring team activities and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and discuss improvement strategies.
Analyze team performance and generate reports to track progress against KPIs.
Motivate and mentor team members to enhance individual and group productivity.
Handle escalations effectively and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Requirements Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a BPO environment (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in performance monitoring tools and reporting.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (preferred but not mandatory).
