The Team Leader will play a critical role in managing daily team operations, monitoring productivity, ensuring service quality, and achieving business targets. The role requires strong people management skills, operational understanding, reporting capability, and the ability to manage client expectations while maintaining team motivation and engagement.
Manage and supervise daily team workflow and task allocation
Monitor individual and team performance metrics on daily basis
Ensure achievement of productivity targets and quality standards
Handle escalation cases and provide quick resolution
Conduct daily team briefings and performance discussions
Train, mentor, and guide team members for performance improvement
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with management for process improvements
Monitor attendance, discipline, and team engagement levels
Support hiring and training of new team members if required
Maintain client service standards and process compliance
Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans
Education: Minimum HSC Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Relevant Experience in Team Handling / Senior Executive / SME Role
Strong team handling and leadership capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
Performance monitoring and reporting knowledge
Conflict management and motivational skills
Ability to work under pressure and target environment
