We are looking for a Non-Voice Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries via chat and email. The candidate should have excellent typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently without voice interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat and email support
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure quick response time and high customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Skills Required
Good written communication (English & Hindi)
Fast typing speed (minimum 25–30 WPM preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing tools, CRM)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats
Problem-solving attitude
