We are looking for motivated BPO Associates to join our customer support and service team. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer queries.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems accordingly.
Follow communication guidelines, service standards, and company policies.
Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Education: SSLC / HSC / Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate – all streams accepted.
Language: Must be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.
