Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management: Supervise daily service delivery and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage BPO staff, conducting performance reviews and setting quality standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
Budget & Financials: Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to improve profitability.
Client Relations: Coordinate with clients, understand their needs, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and achieve service-level agreements (SLAs).
Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, best practices, and new systems to enhance service quality.
Problem-Solving: Handle escalations and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and staff interaction.
