Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for PhonePe Domestic Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Insurance customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (B2 Level English).
• Versant Score: 60 and above.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Achieve productivity and performance targets.
Job Details:

• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: Rotational
• Weekly Off: Rotational
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹24,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
• Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
• PLI: 10%
