💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 / Month

🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Tech/BE not eligible)

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years | Freshers Welcome

🎂 Age: 18–30 Years

📞 Connect with assigned customers through inbound & outbound calls

🤝 Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

🔍 Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products

💳 Cross-sell & up-sell banking products, cards and financial solutions

📈 Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets

📱 Promote digital banking services

📝 Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM

💬 Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

🔐 Follow banking policies, compliance requirements & internal guidelines

✅ Strong verbal & written communication

🗣️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

English – Mandatory

Along with English, proficiency in ANY ONE of: Hindi | Tamil | Malayalam | Kannada
