• Languages: Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience: A Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support from an NBFC, Banking, or Fintech background is Mandatory.
• Budget: Customer Support Executive : 3-5 LPA
Sr Customer Support Executive: 5 - 6 LPA ( Off Role )

• Shift Timing : 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (any 9-hour shift). Sunday will be a fixed week off. Candidates must be flexible to work rotational shifts if required.
