We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to support our healthcare BPO operations. The role involves verifying patient/customer addresses, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of healthcare packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform address verification through internal systems, calls, and external tools to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickup, dispatch, and delivery of shipments
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, or discrepancies
Maintain and update records of verified addresses and shipment status in the system
Communicate with internal teams (operations, customer support) for smooth workflow
Generate reports on delivery status, address verification success rates, and operational metrics
Handle escalations related to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries
Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
