Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation with accuracy.
Process and verify data entries, ensuring all information is updated and errorfree.
Handle backend support for various teams such as operations, customer service, customer refund/replacement.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of queries.
Monitor standard operating procedures.
Support in process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years of experience in back-office operations or data management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Strong computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
