Job Summary:
The Junior Executive – CMS assists with cash-handling operations, including ATM cash replenishment, cash pickup and delivery, vault operations, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role involves field operations, coordination with clients, and maintaining accuracy, safety, and confidentiality in all cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ATM Operations
Assist in ATM cash loading and unloading activities.
Support first-level ATM troubleshooting during replenishment.
Ensure proper documentation of cash added/removed.
Follow dual custody and security protocols strictly.
2. Cash Pickup & Delivery
Collect and deliver cash to banks, corporate clients, and other locations as per route plan.
Verify cash against documents before acceptance and handover.
Maintain proper records of receipts and acknowledgments.
3. Vault Operations Support
Assist in vault cash sorting, bundling, and reconciliation.
Support end-of-day cash tally and reporting.
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and company SOPs.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain route sheets, cash balance sheets, and transaction logs.
Report discrepancies immediately to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely submission of daily activity reports.
5. Compliance & Security
Follow company security protocols and safety procedures.
Ensure proper handling of cash, sealed packets, and confidential documents.
Comply with applicable labour and operational regulations.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with banks, ATM custodians, and internal teams.
Inform supervisor about route delays, ATM issues, or operational challenges.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation.
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email).
Ability to work in shifts (including second shift/night shift if required).
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to travel for field operations.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: HSC
Basic computer literacy required.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in cash management, ATM operations, banking logistics, or similar field.
