Job Title: Assistant Manager to the Director / Executive Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager who will act as a key support to the boss, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective task management, and seamless coordination across teams. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage schedules, track tasks, and execute instructions efficiently while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the boss’s daily tasks, ensuring all activities are planned and executed according to work priorities and timelines.
Maintain a structured schedule, aligning meetings, deadlines, and commitments with the boss’s professional and personal workflow.
Act as a central point of coordination between the boss and internal teams, ensuring instructions are clearly communicated and followed.
Track all assigned tasks, document progress, and provide regular updates to the boss.
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues proactively, minimizing disruptions.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Monitor team performance on delegated tasks and ensure alignment with the boss’s expectations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Improve workflow efficiency by suggesting better task management or coordination practices.
