Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Consultant to drive the growth of our property portfolio. This role is the cornerstone of our expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter, responsible for identifying and onboarding a diverse range of unique properties onto the Uptreat™ platform. Your exceptional communication skills will be key in building relationships with property owners and effectively representing the vision of our founders and company.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Proactively scour the internet, databases, and other sources to identify and create a pipeline of potential property partners, including boutique resorts, wellness retreats, farmhouses, and clusters of serviced apartments.
- Research and identify raw land parcels with development potential, along with their owner details, for future strategic projects.
- Continuously monitor and analyze domestic hospitality trends to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
Outreach & Relationship Building
- Initiate contact with property and land owners through various channels (email, phone, professional networks).
- Make a compelling pitch for Uptreat, effectively presenting the company’s credentials, market position, and the value proposition for the property owner.
- Articulate the vision and profiles of the founders to build credibility and trust.
Deal Progression & Meeting Coordination
- Skillfully negotiate initial terms and generate interest in a partnership with Uptreat.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified property owners and the company founders to finalize partnerships.
- Maintain a meticulous record of all interactions and the status of each prospect in the CRM.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Excellent Command of English: Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills are non-negotiable, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior property owners.
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a client-facing, research-intensive, or business development role. Candidates from consulting, executive assistance, real estate, market research, or high-end sales are encouraged to apply.
Research Prowess: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough online research, identify high-quality leads, and gather relevant data.
Interpersonal Skills: A natural relationship-builder with strong persuasion and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- A graduate / post graduate
- A keen interest in or prior exposure to the hospitality, real estate, or travel-tech sectors.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large pipeline of prospects.
