An Assistant Manager supports the Manager in daily operations, supervises staff, and helps ensure business goals and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily business operations
Supervise and guide staff members
Help with staff scheduling and task assignments
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Handle customer issues and complaints professionally
Monitor performance and help achieve targets
Assist with training new employees
Prepare reports and maintain records
Step in for the Manager when required

Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience
