Hotel Siddhi Vinayak in Puri is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the establishment. This role requires a professional with strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent proficiency in computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
Guest Services: Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service. Handle guest complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Administrative Tasks: Utilize computer systems (e.g., Property Management System, Microsoft Office) for reporting, reservations, billing, and general administration.
Sales & Marketing: Assist in implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintenance & Security: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel premises and equipment are well-maintained and comply with security and safety regulations.
