Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct client interaction, site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing property sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate sales and property advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with walk-in clients, explain property features, and conduct project/site visits.
• Convert potential leads to successful sales closures.
• Provide complete guidance on legal documents, payment plans, and possession timelines.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams for lead generation and nurturing.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and project updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduate / MBA (Preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and client engagement abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and site visits
Prior experience in real estate sales or luxury housing is a plus
Candidate must have there own personal vehicle (Bike/Car).
