Assistant Manager - Customer Service Job Description Your Responsibilities : • Maintain customer accounts information, including the products and processes related to particular accounts along with general admin duties. • Managing and processing all assigned customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, along with refunds / exchanges / cancellation/ outstanding etc. • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to execute all the functions in a compliant manner. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Requirements • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiar with CRM / SAP systems and practices, with knowledge of LC business would be a plus. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations. Your Profile: Requires graduate degree or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Proven Customer Support experience or similar CS role from F&B industry. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
