Job Description: Area Sales Officer (Jammu & Kashmir)
Prime Marquis, a subsidiary of Digitura Pvt Ltd and India’s leading provider of professional tender-based housekeeping services, is expanding its operations. We specialize in providing high-standard facility management for hospitals and large-scale corporate firms.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to lead our growth and operations in the Jammu & Kashmir region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Tendering: Identify and engage with major hospitals and private/government firms to secure housekeeping tenders.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
Staffing & Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire local housekeeping staff across various districts in J&K.
Operations Management: Supervise on-site teams, manage shifts, and ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
Government Liaison: Handle local administrative requirements and maintain professional relationships with regional authorities.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in Sales, Operations, or Facility Management (experience with hospital tenders is a major plus).
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Jammu & Kashmir geography and local labor market.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in coordinating large teams.
Communication: Fluent in local languages and English/Hindi.
