We are looking for an AR Caller to join Bluverse Infobit Private Limited. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 (Fixed + Incentives) and involves managing international customer calls related to Accounts Receivable processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound and inbound international calls in a professional manner.

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and pending invoices.

• Respond to billing inquiries, disputes, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log call details, payment updates, and maintain accurate records.

• Provide timely and relevant solutions to resolve payment-related issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex account concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including collection targets, call handling time, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with 2+ years of experience in AR Calling or International Voice Process.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience in Accounts Receivable / Medical Billing (preferred).

• Candidates must be open to a 5 working days week during Night Shift (US Process).

• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
