Appointment Booking – Banking Process

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an Appointment Booking role in the banking process. The primary responsibility is to interact with customers over the phone and schedule appointments with the bank’s Relationship Manager (RM) based on their interest in various banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers and understand their banking requirements.

• Explain the purpose and benefits of available banking products and services.

• Identify customers interested in banking products such as Loans, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, Investments, Insurance, and other financial services.

• Schedule a convenient appointment between the interested customer and the concerned Relationship Manager.

• Maintain accurate customer and appointment details.

• Follow up with customers regarding scheduled appointments when required.

• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Job Highlights

Important: This is primarily an appointment booking role. You are not required to directly sell or process banking products. Your key responsibility is to identify customer interest and book an appointment with the appropriate RM.
