Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our growing school in Harda, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the admission process, counselling prospective parents and students, and contributing to enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.

• Conduct school tours and admission presentations.

• Follow up with prospective families and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and admissions.

• Coordinate with school management and academic teams during the admission process.

• Support admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities.

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for prospective families.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or in a similar role, preferably in a school.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.

• Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or International Schools.

• Knowledge of admission management processes and CRM systems.
