Key Responsibilities: • Create and update job descriptions. • Source and engage candidates via online platforms. • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests. • Advertise openings on job portals and social media. • Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
