Student Guidance & Counselling
Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures
Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable programs
Handling Admissions Process
Explain eligibility criteria, fee structure, and course details
Assist students in filling application forms and completing documentation
Follow up with prospective students till admission closure
Lead Generation & Conversion
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media)
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Provide continuous support and resolve queries
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with academic and administrative teams
Ensure smooth onboarding of students
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain records of inquiries, applications, and admissions
Prepare daily/weekly reports on admissions status
Marketing & Promotion Support
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events
Represent the institution in education fairs and school visits
Achieving Targets
Meet admission targets set by the organization
Develop strategies to improve enrollment numbers
