Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and virtual sessions to prospective students, explaining our courses, pricing, and admission process.
- Assess student needs through diagnostic questionnaires and recommend suitable learning paths.
- Guide students through enrollment, payment, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the learning platform.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system; update status daily.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to share feedback from students and improve offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads converted to admissions.
Good spoken and written English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus HINDI,KANNADA,MARATHI, ).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and video‑conferencing platforms.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education counselling is advantageous but not mandatory.
