Job Overview:

As an Academic Counsellors (Sales), you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling in educational programs or services. You will provide personalized academic counseling, discuss course offerings, and guide students through the enrollment process, all while meeting specific sales and enrollment goals. Your role will involve developing relationships with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and positioning educational programs as solutions to their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Student Counseling & Guidance:
o Provide prospective students with detailed information about available academic programs, courses, and services.
o Assess the needs, goals, and academic backgrounds of prospective students to recommend the most suitable programs.
o Offer advice on program selection, enrollment procedures, and financial aid options.
o Address student concerns and questions regarding academic pathways, course content, and career outcomes.

• Sales & Enrollment:

o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and targets.
o Conduct sales presentations (via phone, video calls, or in-person) to convert leads into enrolled students.
o Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective students until they enroll.

• Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing them with a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
o Collect feedback and resolve issues to enhance student satisfaction.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Every third Saturday and every Sunday will be holiday
