Handle customer queries and complaints politely
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare food items as per SOPs and hygiene standards
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
Assist in kitchen or counter operations as assigned
Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Keep kitchen, counters, and dining area clean at all times
Adhere to health & safety guidelines
Operations & Teamwork
Support team members during peak hours
Follow shift schedules and instructions from supervisors
Assist in opening and closing activities of the outlet
Inventory & Cash Handling (if applicable)
Assist in stock handling and FIFO practices
Support billing and cash counter operations
Basic communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends & holidays)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Prior QSR experience is a plus but not mandatory
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
