Prepare traditional and contemporary South Indian dishes
Maintain taste, portion control, and presentation standards
Handle high-volume à la carte orders efficiently
Ensure hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness
Train junior staff and commis for basic preparations
Coordinate with FOH teams during rush hours
1–2 years experience in South Indian cooking (hotel/restaurant)
Strong product knowledge & food safety understanding
