We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Cuisine Chef with expertise in Continental, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook dishes across Continental, Chinese, and Indian cuisines as per recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes.
Follow portion control and maintain recipe accuracy for all menu items.
Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, and menu updates.
Assist in daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow.
Coordinate with Head Chef and kitchen team for timely order preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
Follow FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards during food handling and preparation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of raw materials (FIFO).
Maintain daily checklists for cleaning, temperature logs, and equipment safety.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef or Store Incharge.
Minimize wastage by using raw materials efficiently.
Support in receiving and inspecting food supplies to ensure quality and freshness.
Work collaboratively with commis chefs, helpers, and service staff.
Attend daily kitchen briefings and follow the instructions given by seniors.
Support training of junior staff when required.
Strong culinary skills in Continental, Chinese, and Indian cuisines.
Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Creativity and interest in menu development (added advantage).
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a multi-cuisine kitchen environment.
Experience in, restaurants, or cafés is an added advantage.
