We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cook who can efficiently manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality items like chicken burgers, fries, crunchy chicken, and other fast-food menu items. The ideal candidate should know basic kitchen hygiene, maintain consistency, and work well under pressure.
Prepare and cook chicken burgers, smash burgers, fries, and crunchy chicken as per brand standards.
Maintain taste, quality, and portion control for all items.
Manage fryers and grill stations safely and efficiently.
Marinate and prepare chicken as per recipes.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Follow all food safety guidelines (temperature, storage, cleaning).
Assist with daily prep work like cutting, shredding, marination, and stocking.
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service during rush hours.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages on time.
