Prepare chaap, gravies, breads, and accompaniments as per standard recipes
Ensure correct portioning, taste, and presentation
Follow preparation timelines to meet order turnaround time
Assist in pre-preparation (marination, chopping, stocking)
Operate kitchen equipment safely (tandoor, griller, fryer, stove)
Maintain daily opening and closing kitchen activities
Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In First Out) practices
Minimize food wastage and control food cost
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene
Follow FSSAI guidelines and kitchen SOPs
Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are cleaned regularly
Adhere to temperature control and food handling norms
Assist in daily stock checks and reporting shortages
Inform Store Manager about low stock or quality issues
Ensure proper labeling and storage of raw materials
Coordinate with team members during peak hours
Follow shift schedules and company policies
Support new team members and trainees
Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
Experience in QSR or Indian kitchen preferred (Chaap / Tandoor experience is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Physically fit and hygiene-conscious
