We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Cook to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes. The candidate should have good knowledge of continental cuisine, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
Prepare and cook continental dishes as per menu and standards
Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food
Follow standard recipes and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Handle food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
Assist in menu planning and new dish development
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Minimize wastage and control food costs
Proven experience as a Continental Cook
Knowledge of continental cuisines (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Team player with good time management skills
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts (preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
