Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare and cook Bakery itmes & Brownie and other menu items as per recipes and standards.

•Assist in daily preparation, and service operations.

•Ensure taste, quality, and presentation consistency for all dishes served.

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.

•Follow all food hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.

•Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report any shortages to the senior chef.

•Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

•Comply with all our kitchen SOPs and company standards.
