Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks while ensuring kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients, basic cooking, and plating as directed

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Ensure workstation is clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

• Proper storage and labeling of food items

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and quality standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented and eager to learn

• Hotel/culinary education preferred
