We are looking for a Commis 1 – Continental Kitchen to join our team at Meal Combo Box Company Kitchen and prepare delicious international meals for our guests.

Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality continental dishes, assisting in menu setup, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting senior chefs with task delegation when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes to company standards.

• Assist in menu planning and execution when required.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols at all times.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

• Work efficiently during high-volume service and production.

• Support the team with prep work and smooth kitchen operations.

• Learn and apply modern international cooking techniques.
  
  Requirements

  • Previous experience as Commis or in a similar role (continental or international kitchen preferred).

  • Strong understanding of basic and intermediate cooking methods.

  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a 24/7 kitchen environment.

  • Commitment to teamwork, discipline, and maintaining quality standards.
