Position: Chinese Chef
Location: Ravi Ki Chai uttam nagar
Experience Required: 1–3 years in Chinese/Asian fast-food style cooking

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese dishes such as:
Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Potato, Momos, Spring Rolls, Soups, etc.
Maintain consistent taste and quality.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Deliver fast service during peak hours.
Manage kitchen inventory: vegetables, sauces, noodles, oil, gas usage.
Minimize food wastage.
Adjust spice levels according to customer preference.
Work in coordination with the café team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Working Hours:
12 hours per day.
2. Salary Cycle:
Salary will be released at 15 date. Advance only in special cases.
3. Leave Policy:
Leave is allowed only with prior notice. Emergency leave accepted.
4. Hygiene Standards:
Personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness are mandatory.
5. Damage Liability:
Any damage caused due to negligence may be chargeable.
6. Behavior & Discipline:
Misbehavior with customers or staff is strictly not allowed.
7. Food Safety:
Using expired or low-quality ingredients is strictly prohibited.
8. Trial Period:
7-day trial. If performance is unsatisfactory, the agreement can be terminated.
9. Notice Period:
Minimum 15 days’ notice required before leaving the job.
10. Confidentiality:
Café’s recipes, sauce mixes, and proportions must not be shared outside.
