Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic vegetarian Chinese dishes (Starters, Main Course, Rice & Noodles).
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Innovate new dishes suitable for vegetarian customers.
Ensure consistency in taste & quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
Must be skilled in vegetarian Chinese cooking.
Ability to work under pressure and handle volume.
Knowledge of hygiene & safety protocols.
