We are looking for a Chief Cook to join our team and prepare delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cooking, menu planning, and kitchen management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring food quality, and leading the kitchen team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes on time.

• Set up the kitchen with necessary utensils, tools, and equipment.

• Study recipes, plan menus, and gather all required ingredients.

• Supervise and guide kitchen staff as needed.

• Modify recipes to accommodate dietary needs (e.g., no dairy, nut-free, etc.).

• Ensure all food items are fresh and properly stored; discard expired stock.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0.5 – 2 years in a similar cooking or kitchen role

• Knowledge of traditional and modern cooking techniques

• Familiarity with food hygiene and sanitation regulations

• Strong time management, multitasking, and leadership skills

• Culinary diploma or certification is an added advantage
