Responsible for preparing meals as per menu and maintaining hygiene and taste standards. Supports the kitchen in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen & work areas.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Follow food safety, FSSAI, and sanitation standards.
Support Head Chef in menu planning or special events.
Assist in inventory management and daily requisitions.
Minimize food wastage and ensure portion control.
Knowledge of Indian, Chinese, or Continental cuisines (as applicable).
Basic understanding of hygiene standards and kitchen operations.
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Teamwork and willingness to learn.
