Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble salads, sandwiches, and smoothies with creativity and consistency.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, freshness, and presentation.

Assist in daily kitchen operations including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.

Ensure proper storage of microgreens and other perishable items.

Collaborate with the team to introduce new healthy menu ideas.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (salads/smoothies experience is a plus).

Passion for healthy eating, nutrition, and fresh foods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
