We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Curry Chef who specializes in preparing authentic Indian curries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and regional Indian cuisine, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and consistency.
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian curries (North & South Indian)
Ensure authentic taste, aroma, and presentation of dishes
Prepare gravies, sauces, marinades, and spice blends
Manage daily food preparation and cooking schedules
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Monitor food quality and portion control
Assist in menu planning and new recipe development
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Manage inventory and minimize food waste
Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods
Ability to prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
