We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi Cuisine Chef who can prepare a wide variety of international and regional dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The ideal candidate should be creative, efficient, and capable of managing kitchen operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes from multiple cuisines as per the menu and customer preferences
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items
Develop and update menus in coordination with management
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety norms
Manage kitchen inventory, food storage, and minimize wastage
Supervise and guide kitchen staff, if required
Ensure timely preparation and service of food during peak hours
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef in hotels, restaurants, or cafés
Strong knowledge of Indian and international cuisines
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Creativity and passion for food
Team player with good communication skills
