Café Roastique is a fusion café known for its handcrafted coffees, global flavors, and artisanal food experience. We aim to deliver quality, creativity, and comfort in every plate and cup. We’re looking for a passionate Continental Chef who can bring innovation and finesse to our kitchen team.
Prepare and present a variety of Continental dishes, including pastas, pizzas, salads, and gourmet starters.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control as per Café Roastique standards.
Collaborate with the café’s management and barista team to create food pairings that complement our coffee menu.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory, assist in ordering ingredients, and minimize wastage.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Innovate and suggest new menu items or fusion ideas aligned with our brand.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Continental cuisine (café or restaurant experience preferred).
Strong understanding of sauces, pastas, pizzas, and fusion plating.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Positive attitude, creativity, and commitment to quality.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
