• Know how to cook (samosa,Jalebi,Pakodas,Bhature,Bhajis,Chinese)
Supervising daily kitchen operations and managing the cooking staff
• Preparing sweets, snacks, and food items as per Misthan’s quality standards
• Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen
• Planning weekly menus for staff and coordinating with the Store Manager for supplies
• Monitoring inventory, stock usage, and minimizing wastage
• Training and guiding kitchen helpers and new staff
• Ensuring timely preparation and serving of items during peak hours
