About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong culinary skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. You will play a key role in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistent quality and taste

Plan and design menus, including specials and seasonal offerings

Monitor food stock, reduce waste, and maintain cost control

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with hygiene & safety standards

Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment

Stay updated with culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to the menu

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking methods, and kitchen operations

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards

Culinary degree or professional certification (preferred)
